The Early Learning Center is a class "A" licensed facility, with a full day nursery, pre-school, and kindergarten program. ELC is a non-profit ministry of the First United Methodist Church, founded in 1969. Qualified early childhood professionals prepare the environment for endless, challenging activities in which each child is an active participant.
